English Cohort Retreat

Description
There are 7 content-based cohorts that retreat on a rotation to dive into work on a mission statement, scope and sequence, and plan an event that celebrates the content area. These cohorts include teachers Pk-12 with at least one teacher from each grade level represented. The cohorts include Science, Math, English, Social Studies, World Language, Student Wellness, and Arts. The English cohort retreated in spring 2016. The retreat aimed to increase collegiality, foster collaboration, and begin to develop the curricular documents for the cohort.
