Galloway School: Instructional Design

After demonstrating exceptional growth and innovation as a classroom teacher, I pursued a master's degree in instructional design to further my skills into instructor-led, hybrid, and eLearning competencies. In my current role as the Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning at The Galloway School I am responsible for the school-wide (PreK-12 and professional) design, development, and evaluation of curriculum, pedagogy, and academic programing. My work focuses on professional development, leadership training, and curriculum analysis.

This portfolio includes the development of an innovative faculty evaluation & growth process, curriculum development, and examples of transdisciplinary instructional support.
