EDIT 6190: Design and Development Tools II
For implementation I have chosen the instructional e-Module that I designed using Articulate Storyline and VideoScribe titled "Introduction to Policy Debate", which can be found here. This e-Module was developed for my introduction to policy debate class for high schoolers at the Galloway School.  I included content instruction and interactive mastery-based assessment for each lesson.

I had high expectations for implementing it into my curriculum in fall 2015, but found that assigning the entire e-Module for completion in a single sitting had not engaged the students beyond their short-term and working memories. A week after they had completed it they still struggled to use vocabulary words and ideas presented in the e-Module. I plan to make some adjustments, including hiding the menu and adding supplementary videos, and implementing the e-Module again in fall 2016.  The biggest change for implementation is that I plan to assign the lessons one at a time and pair the e-Module lesson with an active face-to-face task in order to improve long-term retention of the content.
